Heat! Wow! Here it is August and it is HOT!

We will be beginning a new series on Sunday evenings, “Worship per John’s Revelation.”  We will be searching the Book of Revelation during the 6:00 PM service to find out what Jesus says about worship.

First Baptist has a long history of worship, and we will be seeking to pinpoint our basis for worship.  Jesus gives us His qualities for worship and we need to make sure we follow His lead.  Come join us as we study together.

The 14^th is exciting as Dr. Johnson will be sharing his views on Israel and the World.  He will be speaking during the morning and the evening services.

Sunday the 28^th will find us at Ft. Scott Lake for a picnic and “Baptism in the Lake” service.  This will be a very special evening for many there at the lake.

Hurting people and haggard Christians are in a quandary as to how to live in today’s world.  Hope and help are found in the source for hope, Jesus Christ.  Come and find your answers and even your questions here at First Baptist.
