God wants you to know that . . . . .

 

1. You are a sinner and cannot save yourself.

 

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

Romans 3:23

 

He saves us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit.

Titus 3:5

 

God wants you to know that . . . . .

 

2. Jesus Christ has already provided the way of salvation.

 

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

 

For Christ died for sins, once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body, but made alive by the spirit. I Peter 3:18

 

God wants you to know that . . . . .

 

3. You must repent of your sins, confess them and forsake them.

 

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

I John 1:9

 

He who conceals his sins does not prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy.

Proverbs 28:13

 

God wants you to know that . . . . .

 

4. Acceptance or refusal determines your destiny.

 

Whoever believes in the Son, has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on him. John 3:36

 

How shall we escape if we ignore such a great salvation?

Hebrews 2:3

 

 

What Must I Do?

 

1. I must know that I am a sinner.

 

2. I must realize that I need a Savior.

 

3. I must confess and forsake my sins.

 

4. I must turn in faith to Christ.

 

 

“Lord Jesus Christ, I know I am a sinner and do not deserve eternal life. But I believe You died and rose from the grave to purchase a place in heaven for me. Lord Jesus, come into my life; take control of my life; forgive my sins and save me. I repent of my sins and now place my trust in You for my salvation. I accept the FREE gift of eternal life.”

 

Today I receive Christ.

1. Be baptized – an outward sign of an inward change.

2. Daily Bible reading and prayer.

3. Sunday School and Worship.
