PURPOSE:

The purpose of FBC Fort Scott is to worship and glorify God by preparing each member to reach others for Christ.

 

TARGET:

The overall target group God wants us to minister to within an approximate 20-30 mile radius of our church, based upon the population, are biblically challenged individuals and families of varied socio-economic status, consisting of men, women, youth, and children

 

STRATEGY:

The process God has led us to use to accomplish the purpose He has given us is as follows:

Step 1- (Foundation of the whole process)- Commitment to Christ--True

salvation experience and completion of a New Member's class.

Step 2 - Commitment to Maturity--Regular fellowshipping with the body

of believers at FBC; Face-time with God; Tithe.

Step 3 - Commitment to Ministry --Serving in and / or training for

the  ministry God has called each of us to.

Step 4 - Commitment to Replication--Living an authentic, real faith

through personal relationships and sharing Christ with those

who need Him.
